Welcome to the Employee Assistance European Forum (EAEF), a non-profit organization for individuals and organizations interested in the development of Employee Assistance and Work-Life services in Europe, including Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP).

Since our foundation in 2002 our chief ambition has been to be the leading voice of Employee Assistance in Europe. Current membership of EAEF includes subscribers from over 25 countries, mainly European, but also from the American Continent and the Asia-Pacific Region, and we are fast developing into a truly international Professional Association.

One of the major activities which brings together all members to network, exchange and share ideas and concepts, is our annual conference which takes place in different European countries each year,  is hosted by local EAEF members and facilitates local promotion of Employee Assistance work and practice. We are now preparing for our 10th annual conference, which is to be  held in London, on 16th and 17th of June 2011, and to which you are warmly invited.

We also invite you to become a member of EAEF which will allow you to join our resources network and, should you wish, take part in our multiple taskforces that are currently working to enhance standards and accreditation, communication and research, enabling you to contribute innovative, dynamic and creative ideas to developments in the field of employee assistance in Europe.
