About Employee Assistance: What is Employee Assistance?
Employee Assistance is a work based programme to improve organisational performance through the provision of structured management and employee support services.


Services typically consist of a combination of performance management consultancy services for managers and support services for employees.

  • Employee Assistance Management Services include policy development and implementation services for a range of performance management issues including but not restricted to:
